My Muse is my shadow...

Despite it being a rather dark cold dreary rainy day today- my Muse was close by. I had a terribly Productive day-! I felt as if I got over a big mental block with a project I was asked to do. Indeed- Facing a blank canvas so to speak. I read the specks- and just started working out my ideas on scrap paper. I tried several ideas until I knew I hit it right. I think the main thing I learned is that I should never stray too far from myself. For example-  I have learned that I should never try and be all Pink and Glittery when in reality I am brown and rusty. I am also less quirky than I ever thought... and relay more on the Classical form.

All those years in Art History class looking and researching Renaissance art always has a way of creeping back into my work...

Anyway- I wish I could share- but I need to get premission to share first- which at some point- I am sure you will see. I will at least take some photos of tiny part of it- to tease... tomorrow of course.

Now onto other things...

I am fortunate that my Muse is so close by...
